I haven't been to bestbuy.com in a long time. Wonder how long they've had this feature. I love this stuff especially as a consumer! Anytime I travel, I read the user reviews. It's not always the 5 out of 5 stars that get my stay either. I'm all for small businesses using this more. Been told by owners they don't want to open themselves up to negative reviews, but hell, anyone can already write a negative review. Good find! I haven’t been to bestbuy.com in a long time.
