5 Things to Look for in a Technology Partner

Whether you are working with us, or someone else, there are certain things you should look for in a technology partnership. Here are five of them.

Longevity. Make sure the company you partner with has been around for at least 5 years, and has an experienced team that has seen it all.

Response time. When something comes up, you need to be able to call your technology partner and know that they are going to call you back in a timely manner.

Portfolio. Take a look at what types of projects your technology company has completed recently. It’s one thing to read up on the latest technology, but it’s something quite different to have hands on experience in that area.

References. Ask for client references that have similar requirements and processes as your business.

The Team. Ask about the team that will be working on your account, and what skillset they bring to the table. If your requirements are basic, the expensive resources may not be needed but they should be on call.
